  1. DO YOU INSTALL SMALL SIZE JOBS?

    YES! We install small single item jobs for aluminum patio covers and synthetic turf jobs with minimum installs of $3,000. For landscaping projects, we meet budgets as low as $10,000! Every project, no matter how big or small is treated with the same exceptional service and installed with the highest quality craftsmanship.

  3. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR A CONSULTATION?

    NOTHING! We offer a FREE on-site consultation. At this consultation, we can discuss your ideas and can typically assess your project to get you an approximate budget.

  4. DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR DESIGNS?

    Yes, but not all the time! It really depends on the complexity of your project. Our experienced project managers can discuss your needs and wants during the consultation and provide you with either a free estimate or give you design costs.

  5. WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS?

    After you meet our project manager, you can decide to proceed with design work.

  6. DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?

    Yes! We have multiple financing options, including 18 months interest-free options and PACE funding.

  7. WHO WILL MANAGE MY PROJECT?

    Each project is important to us, so we assign a project manager for every project we do. The project manager will handle all client inquiries and the organization of each project’s workflow. A foreman will be present on a daily basis to carry out project duties.

  8. DO YOU USE SUB-CONTRACTORS?

    We have in-house workers, but we strategically use sub-contractors to do specialty tasks. All of our workers are licensed and insured.

  9. DO YOU WARRANTY YOUR WORK?

    Of course! We do year-round follow-ups once the project has been completed. We have an exceptional 1-year labor warranty on landscape work and a 90-day warranty on all plants. In addition to our warranty, manufacturers do have their own warranty for turf, patio covers, and lighting. Some products have a pro-rated lifetime warranty.

  10. HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE TO COMPLETE?

    NOT LONG! Once we arrive at your job site, we diligently work on your project until it is complete. This typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on the size of your project. This is a true testament for any company to be successful.

  11. WHAT DOES A DESIGN & BUILD COMPANY MEAN?

    A Design and Build Company is the one company you need. As a Design and Build Company, we are able to take your ideas from concept to completion. You do not have to stress about dealing with designers, contractors, sub-contractors, manufacturers, or distributors.
