We love our new back patio! We felt the workers went above and beyond to satisfy us. Eduardo, David, Adrian and the other workers did an amazing job. We now have new pavers, new plants and flowers, and a gorgeous water feature! Plus lighting, sprinkler system and a built in barbecue. David was here everyday to check on the progress. We could not be any more pleased with David and his team! We had nothing in our backyard worth keeping and two boys that were waiting to play! We changed our mind about what we wanted after realizing the cost of things and we had a set budget. We went with new pavers, turf, retaining wall, irrigation, and new plants. David worked with us and answered all of our many questions. We tried to get quotes from 3 highly rated companies only to get 1 no show, the other made first appt. and plans, but then didn't answer any questions, and then there was Ralco they were the first to respond and get out to our house, made every appointment, if they were behind schedule for a meeting time they'd call and let me know. They originally projected starting in a few weeks and taking 2-3 weeks to finish. Once I got the go ahead from HOA they started that very next Monday and finished in 9 days! My boys want to be outside playing every minute that there is daylight and our dog loves laying out in the sun! We have a pretty small space, but we can't wait to finish it off with furniture, lights, and a small playhouse! We can't wait for our plants to grow and enjoy the summer time in our little backyard! I truly want this to be genuine and clear. This company is flexible and consistent. I had a party scheduled for the end of August and I understood that 3 weeks might not be enough time to complete a bbq, patio cover, and pavers. However, with thorough scheduling and great workers, this was achieved. I want to post pictures shortly because It looks amazing. I am so happy with RALCO and would recommend them to all my friends. Eduardo and his team really blew us away start to finish. First, we were already getting tired with getting quotes. Guys we called didn't show up on time, or they were unpleasant and in a hurry to get out. I can't express what a huge drag and hassle it was. Eduardo stood out from the rest, because he arrived on the dot, he was patient with our questions and dilemmas and he conveyed his knowledge in a very down-to-earth manner. The quote was also extremely reasonable. Maybe not the cheapest, but the fairest for sure. We had a beautiful, solid shade patio cover put up and we also got the driveway and front steps retouched. We were all amazed that they were able to patch things up seamlessly! We just wanted to replace a few pavers and have some cracks sealed, and we also added some edging to the driveway. SUPERB!
